START:
Read quotes of the founding fathers, the Declaration of Independence, and original constitution. It gives you a look at how far we have strayed from our roots. It shows us our mistakes. It also makes clear what we need to do to get government back in line. This can apply to local, state, and federal. The quotes come from the federalist papers, letters, speeches, and newspapers. Follow the moneytrail. Start at the top and work down.
Sun Tzu's Art of War said it best. Attack a point they cannot defend. Defend from a position they cannot attack. The government is guilty of many crimes and mismanagement. A legal non-violent approach from your own home would be hard to demonize even for them. This must be done in a loud public way. Through websites, talk shows, and such. Legally through court. The attorney general is a public employee for the people. Not a free defense attorney for crooked politicians or the state. The same for the judges and various law enforcement agencies.
These people work for us not the government.
THE LAW:
The government and corporations are not using an "army of military" to take us over. They use an "army of government employees". They work from within. They use the courts and congress. They use lies and intimidation. They keep people divided and sub-divided. They use laws so complex and lengthy even they do not understand them. Some even say they never read them. No one could afford a complete set of them. Nor keep them up to date, When confronted their logic of excuses are like that of an insane person, They deny facts of science and history then get angry when confronted.
We the people can document their abuse and bad management. Many already are. Use the law to bring them under investigation. Make them account for every penny collected and spent. ( A good use for the IRS would be to make them CPAs and have them track all government spending.) Many websites have examples of bad management and more. People must educate themselves as best possible. Speak out as possible locally. Write your elected employees.
The idea of a Militia is outdated short of a complete break-down of society. The militia is waiting for a collapse. By then it is too late. Police and other government troops would be everywhere. There are few places left to live of the land. Especially for millions of people. Most don't now how anyway. We must fight back from within and defend our own homes. A person's home or business is one of the few places where armed self-defense can be used. Better be careful using it.
There are many websites and people who have documented many issues with the government. Many groups are already active. Seek them out. A web search does wonders. Organize and work together somehow. Perhaps the Militia can do this? We can use modern technology. Phones, free cellphone minutes, internet, fax, videos, web-cams, and anything else possible.
The FBI has the authority, and duty, to investigate, the National Guard Bureau ( now part of the standing army ) has the Militia authority, and duty, the standing army also has a duty, and We The People at large have the authority, and duty, to demand these "public servants" these "public employees" to do their jobs correctly! This is on the federal and state level. We need to put pressure on them.
LAWS KNOWN TO BE VIOLATED:
Illegal aliens have many laws attached. They sneak in. What law covers that?They work illegally. Companies break laws to hire them. Questions about social security cards, taxes, tax evasion, fraud, insurance at work, safety issues, drivers license issue and car insurance, rental fraud for a place to live, and the government lies to the American people about the whole thing. Illinois Gov Ryan went to prison because the DMV was handing out illegal drivers license and he put money in his pocket. Only when someone got killed did we find out. And involuntary manslaghter to the list along with human smuggling. Would guess there is more. Like conspiracy maybe? Is there a employment office in Mexico telling people where to go and who to see? Or are we doing that here?
I feel it is impossible to believe the government spent all the money they claim. I suspect this to be a scam to skim money from taxes. It could be pay-offs, drug money, supporting a friend's - or donor's- business, or just cash put aside. Of course, since no one ever checks, how are we to know? How about that National Guard and FBI. Ever check on this?

EMPLOYER RIGHTS:
The basis of our fight is simple. The government at all levels are incompetent in their duties. They are bad managers and bad employees. They are not trustworthy. They have wasted money, given it to others for personal profit. Many even commit crimes. In my hometown, our last mayor killed himself just days before due in court. He was guilty. Our last two governors are in prison. I am to believe if ONE terrorist enters the country we will know. However, I am also to believe if millions of illegal aliens come over the border, we cannot find them. No one knows where they are. Also, no one can figure out who is behind an international drug operation. I may look stupid, but I am not!
Any employer has the right to competant employees. To fire or check books at will. And many more rights. These can be enforced through the FBI and National Guard Bureau. For a start.
WHO IS GUILTY:
We know who is guilty and who to blame. All we need now is to bring legal charges against them. We can also fire (not vote them out) them due to poor job performance. Just like any other business employer does. Perhaps we need to start random drug / alcohol and competency tests! Don't forget background, financial, address history, birth records, friends, hobbies, and all the other items regular employers ask of you. And of course, a psychological profile exam.
How about a fat reward for whistle-blowers instead of jail time? Get them fighting among themselves. History is full of examples of criminal ties to government.
AN OBSERVATION:
If they give a psychological exam to police because they carry a gun and power, should we not have the same for those that have nuke weapons? Or a lifetime judge no one ever checks up on? Should a life time judge have a history of correctly interpreting the consitution and laws. How do we know they are not on the take or being threatened? The FBI told me no one ever checks on them unless something happens or somebody says something. This is good management?
